Keeping a strong body as well as mind is important. One influences the other (which seems to imply we’re most effective if the two work together).

I have a fitness certificate from ISSA and teach p90x at a health club. I’d still love to develop my skills and knowledge in fitness and nutrition.

On a related note, I’m interested in becoming more assertive in the most ethical way possible as well as how to discipline one’s life (this include time and energy management).
